Description

The City seeks to retain the services of qualified and experienced contractors capable of performing on-call general maintenance, repair, and specialty trade services, including, but not limited to, general facility and park maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, flooring, doors, windows and hardware, concrete, asphalt, painting, graffiti removal, playground inspections and repairs, electrical, masonry and stucco, and elevator maintenance and repair services, on an as-needed, Task Order basis (the Project). All work shall be performed only upon issuance of a Task Order by the City.
