Description
The County of Orange is requesting Statements of Qualifications from interested and qualified firms Respondent(s)) to provide design and construction services for the New Emergency Operations Center, to be delivered via Progressive Design-Build (PDB). The proposed Project involves the modernization, expansion, and redevelopment of the Orange County Emergency Operations Center (OC EOC) at the Orange County Sheriffs Department (OCSD) facility located at 1382 Bell Avenue, Tustin, California. The Project will relocate all current EOC functions from the aging Loma Ridge facility into a newly expanded, highly resilient, and mission-critical operational environment that meets modern performance, safety, and emergency-response standards.
