Description

The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents for the above-stated project. The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of but are not limited to the remodel of two (2) existing restrooms and showers consisting of demolition, rough carpentry and framing, drywall, openings/doors/frames/hardware, flooring, painting and coatings, specialties, toilet accessories, signage, finish carpentry and casework, plumbing, HVAC, low voltage, electrical improvements, fire sprinklers, and all other incidental and ancillary work as shown or described in the plans, specifications, or contract documents.
