This project will refresh the interior and exterior paint at the Eddie D. Smith Senior Center through the application of new paint finishes. The project is intended to improve the appearance of the facility, address normal wear and fading, and help protect building surfaces from deterioration.

The City of Indian Wells is seeking a contractor to remove and replace many of the existing date palm trees located on the North and South parkways of Highway 111, between Eldorado Drive and Mountain Cove.

New 10,920 Square Foot Fire Station with a 600 Square foot shed, Above Ground 1000-gallon Fuel Tank, Private Sewage Disposal System, Backup Generator and the Alternate Bid Number 5195 Square Foot Administration Building with a 400 Square Foot shed. The project involves the construction of a New Fire Station and its associated construction structures, paving, parking lot, CMU walls, on site water retention basin, solar system, above ground fuel tank, as identified on the approved plans, and the Alternate Bid Number 1, for the 5,195 Square Foot Administration building Private Sewage Disposal System, with a detached 400 Square Foot shed, CMU walls, on site retention, paving and associated structures as identified on the approved plans. The Project is located in South Perris at 245 Murrieta Road.

The Energy Delivery Division of the City of Riverside Public Utilities Department (RPU) has a need for qualified Contractors who are readily available to perform Specific Construction Project Work to include: new construction, installation, maintenance, repair, modification, and/or extension of electric transmission, distribution, substation, controls, and communications facilities on an as-needed basis. Contractors on this Panel will subsequently be requested to bid on Specific Construction Project Work, on an as-needed basis, at various locations throughout the City, without the requirement of processing to approve separate supplemental agreements for each Project. Each Specific Project award for Specific Construction Project Work under the Master Agreement which shall not exceed $950,000.00 dollar amount approved for the Master Agreement. RPU requests qualified Contractors to submit their qualifications and Proposals to do the type of Specific Construction Project Work described in Section 1.4 Scope of Services of this RFQual and Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein, including, but not limited to performing all labor, providing necessary equipment, and furnishing materials (when specified) to do the work. To be eligible to bid on Specific Construction Project Work, Panel Contractors shall execute a Master Agreement that includes bonding, insurance, and all other legal requirements for doing Work defined in this RFQual for the City of Riverside. Contractors will be requested to submit bids for Specific Project Work on an as needed basis. Bids awarded by RPU for Specific Projects will be to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder from the Panel. Work requested on an emergency basis may require mobilizing within days or hours of receipt of RPUs Notice to Proceed. Additionally, emergencies may arise for which the City may need to hire pre-approved Panel members to make urgent repairs. The selected Company shall provide the services required in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein.

Scope of Work: Contractor, agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform mid-day janitorial services at the Temecula DMV field office for the term of this Agreement. The proposed work shall be performed in accordance with the contract documents, including but not limited to the general conditions, special conditions, technical specifications, contract drawings, permits, and all other reference documents. The City of Hemet is seeking a qualified Contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, tools and materials necessary to remodel the kitchen and bathrooms at Fire Station 3. City reserves the right to award all or only a portion of the work described in the solicitation. Depending on available funding and bid pricing, the City may elect to proceed with only the kitchen remodel, one bathroom remodel, or any combination of the identified project components.

At our City of Hemet Fire Station 3, 4110 W Devonshire Ave, Hemet, CA 92545. We are looking for a qualified contractor to provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools and materials to remove the Front wood cladding, repair any damaged/rotted out wood, and replace it with new paper, wire lath, and stucco with white finish coat.

The project consists of three general areas of improvement; 1) Reconstruction of the Avenue 53 Tot Lot area; 2) Reconstruction of the Avenue 53 and Calle Empalme intersection with a roundabout; and 3) Removal and Replacement of a sewer main between Calle Leandro and Calle Techa. The park portion of the project will include but not be limited to the removal and replacement of all site amenities, concrete, landscaping and irrigation, in addition to installation of new CMU and metal fencing, electrical and concrete pathway. The roundabout improvements will include but not be limited to the removal and replacement of concrete curb, gutter, cross gutter, AC pavement, concrete sidewalk, concrete apron, storm drain system, street lighting, slurry seal, signing and striping. Within the park improvements area, the Contractor shall coordinate the installation of four (4) shade structures, playground surfacing and equipment and playground shade structure with the Citys third-party contactors. The project will also replace sewer main, which will consist of street trenching for the removal of the 12 sewer main with a 15 PVC main, connections into the existing manholes to accommodate the larger mainline pipe, epoxy coating of the three manholes associated with the project, adjust manholes to grade, and trench repair. All work to be constructed and performed in a workmanlike, professional manner, and to the satisfaction of the City.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment to rehabilitate and recoat the interior of a Reclaim Water Storage tank at the Riverside Energy Resource Center (RERC). The rehabilitation work includes potential repairs on the tank floor section up to 100 sq ft. The recoating area will only cover the lower 20 feet of a tank with an elevation of 35 feet. The total surface area is estimated at 3,526 sq. ft.

The Contractor work shall consist of following the furnishing of all tools, equipment, materials, including cleaning products, and labor to provide all custodial services for the various public facilities within the City of Indio with the exception of the following janitorial supplies to be procured and provided by the City of Indio.

The project consists of providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and services necessary to complete the installation of synthetic turf, including removal of existing materials, preparation of the sub-base, and furnishing and installing turf system components in accordance with industry standards and manufacturers specifications.

Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) is seeking proposals through a competitive process for the verification, calibration, certification, preventative maintenance (PM), and repair services of EMWDs meters.

The work generally consists of converting several landscape medians to drought tolerant landscapes which consists of grading, decomposed granite, cobble, and steel art.

The project proposes to remove and replace broken concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk and ADA ramps at various locations throughout the City of Riverside.
