Description
The City of Menifee is seeking proposals from experienced parties qualified to provide HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services for the Citys facilities as well as for declared emergencies for the City of Menifee. The service includes, but is not limited to the maintenance, delivery/pickup, supplies, and any labor associated with these services. It is intended for the awarded Contractor to enter into an annual contract term with a maximum term and any subsequent amendments or modifications not exceeding three (3) years, plus two (2) optional, renewal one (1) year terms.
