The Authority is requesting bids for the Odor Control Improvements Project. The Project is generally described as rehabilitation of existing Odor Reduction Facilities ORF 1, 2 and 3, and the construction of a new Odor Reduction Facility ORF 1A at Encina Water Pollution Control Facility.
