Description

The County of San Diego is seeking bids from firms for a Job Order Contract, a competitively bid, firm fixed priced indefinite quantity contract. It includes a collection of detailed repair and remodel tasks and specifications that have established Unit Prices. It is placed with a contractor for the accomplishment of repair, remodeling (including but not limited to alteration, modernization, maintenance or rehabilitation), or other repetitive work on buildings, structures, or other real property at different locations throughout the County, as authorized by California Public Contract Code 20128.5.
