Description

The project consists of the construction and installation of a new approximately 175 square foot prefabricated personal protective equipment (PPE) storage shed (Tuff Shed) for the City of Poway Fire Station #2, located at 16912 Westling Court in Poway, California. Work includes site preparation; construction of a concrete foundation and slab, construction of a 6 foot CMU block wall, and construction of ADA compliant access improvements. The Contractor is not responsible for the delivery or assembly of the Tuff Shed but shall coordinate with the manufacturer as necessary to ensure the foundation and site improvements are constructed in accordance with the manufacturers requirements.
