Description
The general scope of work includes but is not limited to demolish existing concrete paving and construct minor landscape grading, gabion walls, permeable pathways & pavements, impermeable pavement, solar modular restroom, solar lighting, fencing, plant protections, security, irrigation, restoration planting, interpretive signage, and improvement maintenance. Specific improvements will include site demolition, construction of accessible restroom, cast-in-place concrete and concrete modular unit paving, gabion walls, concrete paving, aggregate base, minor grading, sewer connection, water connection, signage, metal fencing, bollards, park lighting, security, landscaping, and irrigation systems. Ancillary work will include mobilization, traffic control during construction, utility coordination, water pollution control, and construction surveying.
