Description

The work consists generally of construction of a bike park including: traffic control and public convenience, removal of existing vegetation, removal and transplanting trees, demolition and replacement of asphalt, removal of chain link fencing, installation of new chain link fence, construction of DG paths (vehicular and bike), asphalt bike trails, signage, irrigation sleeves, drainage improvements, hydroseeding, installation of pavers and concrete mow curb, rock features, bioretention basin, as identified in these contract documents, and compliance to all applicable storm water requirements in accordance with the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES).
