Description

This project provides for improvements to the existing West Sycamore Staging Area. Improvements include, but are not limited to, installing a new Ranger office trailer, a prefabricated comfort station, a premanufactured shade structure with two picnic tables, site furnishings, planting and irrigation, revegetation, new water and electrical service for the site, internet connection to the office trailer, a concrete driveway, sewage holding tanks for the comfort station and office trailer, parking and sidewalk path of travel improvements compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act, all other park amenities and appurtenances as shown therein, potholing if applicable, and all required inspections, special inspections, permits, and fees.
