Description
The scope of work consists of the complete design-build delivery of the Fire Training Center Modular Building Replacement Project. The selected Design-Build firm (Design- Builder) shall provide all architectural, engineering, permitting, construction, procurement, and warranty services necessary to demolish the existing Fire Department training facilities and replace them with three (3) new 24 x 60 modular buildings, including all associated site and utility improvements.
