The City of Encinitas is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide as-needed, on-call fence maintenance and repair services. The selected provider will be responsible for promptly addressing maintenance issues, performing repairs, and ensuring the integrity and safety of fencing structures as required. Proposals should demonstrate relevant experience, availability for emergency responses, and competitive pricing. This contract aims to ensure that fencing needs are efficiently managed and maintained to support ongoing operations.
Furnish and assemble all Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) including procurement, storage, delivery, assembly and placement, and removal of all packing materials for all phases of the Project. Pre-qualification required. Pre-qualification deadline May 4, 2026 by 10:00am.
The Work includes the rehabilitation of Taxiway B and supports the removal and replacement of the deteriorated asphalt pavement along Taxiway B at San Diego International Airport (Airport). Specific tasks include but are not limited to asphalt pavement milling and overlay, Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and dust control, mobilization and demobilization, installation and removal of temporary construction barricades, signage and markings, temporary erosion control, asphalt shoulder rehabilitation, and installation of pavement markings.
The County of San Diego is seeking quotes from firms interested in providing As-Needed Pest Control Services. Contractor shall provide comprehensive pest control services on an as-needed basis at any County of San Diego (County) owned, leased, or operated facility, property, and land. Contractor shall provide pest control services for issues that need immediate attention for services not provided by Integrated Pest Control (IPC) staff or during hours that IPC staff are unavailable not including vegetation management.
Work Description: Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: Major components of Project Work consist of Upgrade existing camera systems, replace existing cameras, and replace all obsolete/outdated or non-functional equipment associated with the cameras including existing cabling. Replace CCTV head-end equipment in the control room with existing electrical. Add additional cameras as needed to ensure security of the property. Add exterior lights at existing entrances/pathways.
The Mechanical Contractor shall provide the work necessary to remove and dispose of three (3) existing roof top air handling units and install (3) new roof top units furnished by the San Diego Community College located at Building S100 SDCCD Mesa College, 7250 Mesa College Dr., San Diego, CA 92111. Reference bid schedule in the exhibits folder for planned equipment delivery and installation dates.
The electrical contractor shall provide the work necessary to remove and replace the lighting inverter batteries, lighting inverters and uninterruptible power supply at the City College Campus as called out on the drawings.
The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority seeks statement of qualifications from firms or individuals to provide professional on-call general construction services at San Diego International Airport, to include but not be limited to: framing and rough carpentry; cabinet millwork and finish carpentry; insulation and acoustical installation; drywall and metal stud installation; masonry installation; lathing and plastering work; minor concrete, asphalt, and paving work directly associated with vertical construction, accessibility improvements, utility tie ins, or site restoration, including saw cutting, patching, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, trench backfill, and surface restoration; mechanical blinds/shades; bi-fold & sliding glass doors; glazing and glass replacement. Large scale paving, roadway reconstruction, or standalone civil projects are excluded. The Authority may enter into an Agreement with up to three (3) contractors, who have been pre-qualified and approved by the Authority, to provide the described on-call general construction services.
