The work consists generally of construction of a bike park including: traffic control and public convenience, removal of existing vegetation, removal and transplanting trees, demolition and replacement of asphalt, removal of chain link fencing, installation of new chain link fence, construction of DG paths (vehicular and bike), asphalt bike trails, signage, irrigation sleeves, drainage improvements, hydroseeding, installation of pavers and concrete mow curb, rock features, bioretention basin, as identified in these contract documents, and compliance to all applicable storm water requirements in accordance with the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES).

These specifications are intended to cover all labor, materials, and supervision to provide qualified security services on a seasonal and as-needed basis for enhanced patrols at Coronado beaches and special events. Work or materials of a minor nature which may not be specifically mentioned, but which may be reasonably assumed as necessary for the completion of this work, shall be performed by Contractor as if described in specifications. The schedule and need for security services may be modified, at the Citys discretion, to meet the needs of the City.

The City of Encinitas is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide as-needed, on-call fence maintenance and repair services. The selected provider will be responsible for promptly addressing maintenance issues, performing repairs, and ensuring the integrity and safety of fencing structures as required. Proposals should demonstrate relevant experience, availability for emergency responses, and competitive pricing. This contract aims to ensure that fencing needs are efficiently managed and maintained to support ongoing operations.

The North County Transit District (NCTD) is seeking a Contractor to provide inspection, maintenance, and repair services, which may include minor projects, for its electrical systems at all NCTD stations, transit centers, operations facilities, and administrative offices. The Contractor shall comply with all federal, state, county, local, and NCTD regulations and licensing requirements. The Contractor shall perform contractual duties and responsibilities in a manner that supports NCTDs goals of providing safe, convenient, reliable and user-friendly transportation. The services outlined herein shall be as follows: Biannual inspections of electrical panels at each facility. The number of electrical panels is listed in Section 1.2, and on the Cost Proposal Form. The Bidder shall state its biannual price for performing inspections of all panels at each site (inclusive of all panels listed) in accordance with all applicable codes, standards and regulations. As-needed services on a time-and-material basis. The Bidder shall state its hourly rate on the Cost Proposal Form for all as-needed work. The hourly rate shall be a blended rate inclusive of all personnel costs, including but not limited to salaries, benefits, taxes, materials processing costs, etc. All materials required for the as-needed services shall be on a pass-through basis with no mark-ups allowed. The successful bidder(s) shall provide receipts for all materials that exceed $50.00 used on any as-needed services.

In addition, the contract work may include removal and disposal of asbestos-containing building materials. Bidder is not permitted to perform any asbestos-related work unless bidder possesses a California State Contractors License and is certified pursuant to Section 7058.6 of the California State Business and Professions Code. If a certified subcontractor is used, the subcontractors license and certification number shall be submitted by the bidder within the Bid Submission Documents. The project includes sound attenuation improvements for certain residences around San Diego International Airport. The project includes 24 dwelling units located on 12 historic and non- historic residential properties. Sound attenuation improvements may include, but are not limited to, replacement of windows and exterior doors, finely detailed, field-executed finish carpentry, and improvements to add air conditioning, ventilation and electrical work to support such systems. The work will include the demolition and modification of existing construction to install new windows and doors and, in some cases, may require temporary weatherproof closures.

The City of Santee is requesting bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, tools and incidentals necessary for the Doors & Gates Maintenance, Repair & Replacement including but not limited to; ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable maintenance, operation, replacement and construction of doors, roll-up doors, and gates through regular inspections, preventive maintenance and replacement or construction of doors, roll-up doors and gates on an as-needed basis for City facilities including Santee City Hall, Fire Stations, City Parks and Operations Center. The Work includes the rehabilitation of Taxiway B and supports the removal and replacement of the deteriorated asphalt pavement along Taxiway B at San Diego International Airport (Airport). Specific tasks include but are not limited to asphalt pavement milling and overlay, Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and dust control, mobilization and demobilization, installation and removal of temporary construction barricades, signage and markings, temporary erosion control, asphalt shoulder rehabilitation, and installation of pavement markings.

The County of San Diego is seeking quotes from firms interested in providing As-Needed Pest Control Services. Contractor shall provide comprehensive pest control services on an as-needed basis at any County of San Diego (County) owned, leased, or operated facility, property, and land. Contractor shall provide pest control services for issues that need immediate attention for services not provided by Integrated Pest Control (IPC) staff or during hours that IPC staff are unavailable not including vegetation management.

Work Description: Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: Major components of Project Work consist of Upgrade existing camera systems, replace existing cameras, and replace all obsolete/outdated or non-functional equipment associated with the cameras including existing cabling. Replace CCTV head-end equipment in the control room with existing electrical. Add additional cameras as needed to ensure security of the property. Add exterior lights at existing entrances/pathways.

Remove and replace existing joint sealant at all construction joints throughout Black Mountain Reservoir, basin number 2 with appropriate joint sealant, approximately 1400 VF (Vertical Foot) of wall construction joints, 6,500 linear feet (LF) of floor construction joints, and 1,100 LF of wall-to-floor construction joints. Repair and patch approximately 50 sq. ft. of floor slab spalling concrete inside basin number 2. Repair approximately 100 LF of minor shrinkage cracks inside basin number 2. Replace approximately 5 feet of the broken 2-inch sample pipe next to outlet sump inside basin number 2. Replace 3-inch combination air valve with 3-inch combination air-vacuum valve inside of the Inlet/Outlet Control Valve Building. Replace 1-inch combination air-valve with 1-inch combination air-vaccum valve inside the Inlet/Outlet Control Valve Building.

The work consists generally of the following: Cleaning and removal of all sludge, solids, liquids, hair, plastics, trash, organic and inorganic material, and leakage, all within three (3) Primary Digesters and one (1) Secondary Digester, all located at the Hale Avenue Wastewater Plant. Onsite dewatering of removed contents. Legal disposal of dewatered solids. High pressure hose nozzle and broom cleaning of interior Digester walls, floors, ceilings, covers, piping, valves, draft tubes, and materials inside the Digesters. Cleaning, inspection, and testing of Gas Diffusers and associated Gas Diffuser piping for each of four (4) Digesters. Upon inspection following cleaning, City may direct Contractor to perform additional work such as repairs or installation at the Digesters or Gas Diffusers.

The Mechanical Contractor shall provide the work necessary to remove and dispose of three (3) existing roof top air handling units and install (3) new roof top units furnished by the San Diego Community College located at Building S100 SDCCD Mesa College, 7250 Mesa College Dr., San Diego, CA 92111. Reference bid schedule in the exhibits folder for planned equipment delivery and installation dates.

The electrical contractor shall provide the work necessary to remove and replace the lighting inverter batteries, lighting inverters and uninterruptible power supply at the City College Campus as called out on the drawings.

The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority seeks statement of qualifications from firms or individuals to provide professional on-call general construction services at San Diego International Airport, to include but not be limited to: framing and rough carpentry; cabinet millwork and finish carpentry; insulation and acoustical installation; drywall and metal stud installation; masonry installation; lathing and plastering work; minor concrete, asphalt, and paving work directly associated with vertical construction, accessibility improvements, utility tie ins, or site restoration, including saw cutting, patching, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, trench backfill, and surface restoration; mechanical blinds/shades; bi-fold & sliding glass doors; glazing and glass replacement. Large scale paving, roadway reconstruction, or standalone civil projects are excluded. The Authority may enter into an Agreement with up to three (3) contractors, who have been pre-qualified and approved by the Authority, to provide the described on-call general construction services.

The County of San Diego is seeking quotes from firms interested in providing As-Needed Cabling Services and Structured Cable System Design. The San Diego County District Attorney (SDCDA) has a requirement for as-needed electrical and low-voltage cabling services and structured cabling system design services to repair, replace, modify and maintain existing networks for data, telephone, video-conferencing and audio video cabling, including overhead speakers for paging and radio traffic. Work to be performed includes new installations, system maintenance and emergency system restoration, to include related materials. Contractor shall perform the work in accordance with each specific Task Order (Attachment B Sample Task Order Form), issued by the County of San Diego.

The Contractor shall perform all Work within the time stipulated the Contract and shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, utility services, and transportation to complete all of the Work required in strict compliance with the Contract Documents as specified in Article 5 below for the following Project: Kitchen Remodel - W.D. Hall Elementary School.
