Description

Continuous Solicitation. General Services Agency, Real Estate Division is seeking specialty-licensed contractors to perform fire protection, fire alarm or security systems inspection, maintenance and repair work (Special Services). The work is performed on an “if-and-as-needed” basis in accordance with the San Francisco Administrative Code Section 6.65 requirements. Three (3) years experience providing testing, certification, service and repairs of fire alarm systems as required by all applicable Fire and Building Codes and the Fire Protection Association. Performance should meet the NFPA 72 standard for the inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems, current edition, and San Francisco Fire Code, current edition. Required three (3) years experience providing testing, certification, service and repairs of security systems as required by all applicable Electrical, Fire and Building Codes and the National Fire Protection Association. Performance should meet the NFPA standards for the inspection, testing, and maintenance of security systems, current edition, and San Francisco Fire Code, current edition.
