Scope of Work: This project involves the modernization of three traction passenger elevator and one hydraulic elevator at Ellis OFarrell Garage (EOF) located at 123 OFarrell Street and the modernization of two traction passenger elevators located at St. Mary's Garage (SMA) located at 433 Kearny Street in San Francisco. The modernization involves the replacement and refurbishment of existing elevator equipment, controllers, fixtures, elevator cabs and includes related mechanical, electrical, and fire protection work
