Description
The City seeks to remove two existing gas-fired rooftop HVAC units, and replace with two new electric heat pumps and economizers; curb replacement; limited ductwork replacement; roof repairs and flashing installation; installation of a new support glulam beneath RTU 17; and required electrical upgrades and controls installation. The new HVAC units will be placed in roughly the same openings after curb replacement. System start-up, testing, and balancing are required.
