Description
The City of Cupertino (City) invites proposal submittals from qualified professionals (Consultants) to provide as-needed architectural design review services. The City is seeking to secure a firm that has the required experience, qualifications, expertise, and resources to perform the services identified in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The Consultants will perform as needed architectural design review services under the general direction of Community Development Department personnel. The Consultants scope of services may include, but is not limited to, furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor, and providing other services associated with: a. Analyzing the architectural design of development projects by reviewing plans for applications where design review is required pursuant to Cupertino Municipal Code Chapters 19.28, 19.164, and 19.168. b. Interpreting and implementing the Citys adopted codes, ordinances, and policies. c. Participating in City public proceedings. d. Providing clear communication, meeting expected timelines, and maintaining professional standards. The Architectural Design Review Services Scope of Work (Attachment A) provides a detailed outline of the anticipated scope of services to be completed by the consultant. The final scope of services may be refined during contract negotiations.
