23 - Construction. This project will remove and lawfully dispose of or provide for recycling the existing single ply membrane, and flashings, exposing the existing polyisocyanurate insulation at the low-sloped roofs. Install designated insulation and cover board over the existing insulation and decks scheduled to remain. Replace discovered damaged decking that is scheduled to remain, repair metal deck at abandoned equipment locations. Install specified insulation, cover board and new roof membrane. Install a new, white, 90-mil, Class A, EPDM single ply roof system. The roof system shall be installed per manufacturers requirements and specifications and will qualify for the roof system manufacturers installation certificate. Install protective surfacing for roof traffic. The roof system shall be constructed of specified manufacturers materials, to meet uplift resistance.

The District is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to replace the existing Regatta Sanitary Sewer Lift Station to improve reliability, maintainability, and compliance with current regulatory and safety standards. The selected consultant will evaluate the existing lift station, determine which components (if any) can be reused or rehabilitated, and develop construction plans and contract documents for a new facility. In addition, the consultant will utilize information gathered during the design process and from recent lift station projects to consolidate data and prepare a Sewer Lift Station Standards Document that will be used to guide standardized equipment, features, and preferences for future pump station projects

Description: The work generally includes drilling and constructing two (2) water production wells at existing and/or designated production well sites, as well as performing step pump and aquifer testing for both wells. The work will be performed within the City of Vacaville, Solano County, California.

Work Description: Solano County has both Metal Beam Guardrail (MBGR) and Midwest Guardrail System (MGS) types. Replace, approximately 20 damaged guardrail sites. The work will include removal and replacement of damaged sections consisting of rails and/or terminal systems. Some locations will require upgrades from MBGR to MGS.

Work Description: The Project location is in the City of Fairfield California on Auto Mall Parkway, Woolner Avenue, Gregory Street, Park Lane, Pennsylvania Avenue, Webster Street, Gateway Boulevard, Brighton Drive and Alaska Avenue. The Project consists of pavement preservation, striping and upgrade of ten (10) curb ramps. The Project street limits and extent of preservation treatment types shall be based on the Citys Pavement Plan

Work Description: Provide scheduled and unscheduled on-call maintenance, upgrades, and emergency repair services to County-owned streetlights and traffic signals at various locations throughout the County.

Total Small Business Set-Aside, 811210 - Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. This is a 5 year contract with the following period of performance: Base Year: 29 Sep 26 - 30 Sep 27 plus four year option. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the C2 system and associated equipment as defined in the attached PWS. The objective is to ensure the system remains fully functional and available to support the 60 AMW mission. This includes on-site maintenance, remote technical support, parts replacement, and software support.

Work Description: Standardize signal heads to be 12 and have reflective backplates citywide. Relevant locations will have advanced intersection warning signs with flashing beacons, and 8 intersections will also have lane line extension striping. Work Description. The Civil Engineering and Consulting Project involves reviewing utility systems, master plans, and reservoir capacity evaluations for the Zone One Optimization Project.

In general, the work includes the concrete improvements within various streets of the City of Vallejo. The work includes, but is not limited to the following: Concrete improvements including adjusting utility covers if needed; removing and installing concrete curb and gutter; removing and installing ADA compliant curb ramps; additional minor concrete improvements for curb ramps and sidewalks if needed; removing and installing pedestrian push button and pole; traffic control; and all appurtenant work required to complete the project in accordance with the city-approved plans, specifications and associated contract documents

Scope of Work: The County of Solano, in conjunction with the County of Yolo, the California Department of Transportation, and the Federal Highway Administration are scheduled to rehabilitate the Stevenson Bridge which spans over Putah Creek. The Contractor will begin work on the Bridge starting May 1st on grading and scaffolding operations. Bridge construction is projected to begin on June 15th. The selected consultant will provide construction management services for the Stevenson Bridge Road Bridge Rehabilitation Project.

Description of Services: The Contractor shall provide residential cleaning services to the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) two (2) Northern Stabilization, Training, Assistance, and Reintegration (North STAR) community crisis homes located in Vacaville, CA. Services shall be performed at these locations: North STAR 1, 5939 Pleasants Valley Rd., Vacaville, CA 95688 (Approx. 2,300 sq. ft.) North STAR 2, 7110 Steiger Hill Rd., Vacaville, CA 95688 (Approx. 2,300 sq. ft.).

Scope of Work: Contractor shall inspect the roofs for deficiencies at the CHP Golden Gate Division office, located at 1551 Benicia Road, Vallejo, CA 94591. The inspection will include all gutters and downspouts to ensure they are clean and free flowing.

This solicitation is for a qualified contractor to perform management, administration, and delivery of a comprehensive maintenance and repair program for the District Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems. The comprehensive maintenance program shall include, but not be limited to, inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, programming, and other tasks and services necessary to ensure safe, well-maintained HVAC systems that provide quality air for District employees and the public

Weed abatement shall include cutting the entire site prior to the fire season, with some sites requiring more than one cutting. The removal of trimmings is also required, and the approximate cubic yardage removed must be documented for each site. After cutting, vegetation must not exceed a height of 2 from the ground. Some locations will require mowing down embankments to the edge of the water, as well as cutting and removal of vegetation within the earthen creeks. Herbicide use is allowed in some areas (see Attachment D) after cutting to help prevent regrowth but must adhere to the requirements of the California Department of Fish and Wildlife permit
