Scope of Work: The purpose of this RFP is to identify environmental and cultural resources consultants to provide Solano County with assurance that all County-administered federal projects are in compliance with CEQA and/or NEPA and that all local, state, and federal regulations are also addressed. The County aims to maintain a high quality of professional environmental and cultural resources consulting services to keep any necessary upcoming construction projects in compliance.
