Description

Description: Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to remove and dispose of approximately 35,000 square feet of roofing material from 3 buildings. Roof replacement shall include the removal of all existing layers of roof covering down to the roof deck, dispose of all waste off site. Prepare surface and install new UL listed Class A single ply fully adhered roofing system.
