Project Description: The City of Woodlake is looking for professional services from construction management firms experienced in Caltrans transportation projects to provide construction management and resident engineer services. The City plans to construct curb, gutter, sidewalk, ADA ramps, pavement, drive approaches, streetlighting, landscaping, signing and striping on Sequoia Avenue from Valencia Boulevard to Cypress Street.
The City of Visalia is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed consulting firms with demonstrated expertise in public works facility assessment, master planning, and related architectural and engineering services. The selected firm will lead a multidisciplinary team to conduct a comprehensive facility assessment and develop a long-term Facility Master Plan for the City of Visalia's Corporation Yard (Corp Yard), located at 335 N. Cain Street. The Corp Yard serves as the primary operational hub for multiple City divisions including Public Works, Fleet, Solid Waste, Streets, Traffic Safety, Parks, Trails, Urban Forestry, and Buildings. The Master Plan will evaluate existing conditions, assess current and future operational space needs, and deliver a phased, cost-feasible implementation strategy that guides future planning, capital investment, and financial decisions regarding the Corporation Yard facilities
Description of Work: The Work includes the relocation of the existing 200A power from overhead to underground service with removal of the existing power poles, furnish & installation of a new 200A panel on a new backboard with reconnection to existing utilities & equipment as required.
The City of Visalia is requesting proposals from qualified firms who can provide engineering design services for the AC and Boiler Replacement Project at Visalias Water Reclamation Facility Laboratory. The selected firm will provide comprehensive design and engineering services, including coordination of all necessary architectural, structural, electrical and control systems as well as constructable plans and specifications. The Citys Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) is located at 7579 Ave. 288 in Visalia. The WRF Laboratory buildings A/C system is more than 20 years old and requires replacement. Due to its complexity, the project will involve significant redesign work. Additionally, the heating boiler system, also over 20 years old and located next to the AC System must be replaced concurrently as the location of the boiler would severely restrict future maintenance access once the A/C is upgraded. The services to be provided by the Consultant include engineering design services that will result in complete, buildable, Construction Documents including Improvement Plans, Construction Specifications, and an Engineers Estimate of probable construction costs. The construction package shall allow the City to successfully bid and construct the project
