Description
The City of Ventura seeks proposals from qualified bidders for third-party administration for Ventura Waters direct install toilet program. Third-party administrative services will include creating and maintaining customer applications, conducting application review and verification or rejection, scheduling with qualified applicants, removal and disposal of existing toilet (1.6 gallons per flush (gpf) or more) and wax ring, supplying equipment, providing equipment, installation, and ensuring compliance with program requirements. Ventura Waters first year budget is $120,000 for this program.
