Description

As described in the Bidding Documents, the bids are for a public works project FY 2026- 27 Annual Major Streets Rehabilitation Program: Alamo Street (Erringer Road to Gage Avenue), CP60000018 (Project) which include, but are not limited to: 1) construction surveying; 2) 20 L.F. of root pruning; 3) 20 L.F. of root barrier placement; 4) one (1) tree removal; 5) 153,977 S.F. of 2 1/2" full width coldmilling; 6) 620 S.F. of PCC sidewalk replacement; 7) six (6) L.F. of curb and gutter replacement; 8) six (6) curb ramp reconstructions; 9) 72 L.F. of PCC sidewalk grinding; 10) 2,500 tons of asphalt rubberized hot mix placement; 11) three (3) storm drain manhole adjustments; 12) five (5) sewer manhole frame, ring, and cover removal and replacements; 13) seven (7) water valve frame, ring and cover removal and replacements; 14) traffic signing and pavement delineation; 15) stormwater pollution control; and 16) all appurtenant work.
