Description

The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals as required by the plans (Drawing Number 26-03A, Sheets 1 13), Specifications, and Contract Documents. The general items of work include removal of existing turf and export of excess soil; clearing and grubbing; grading and drainage improvements; installation of new landscape improvements including planting, irrigation systems, and landscape features; installation of site lighting and associated electrical work; and all related appurtenances necessary for the completion of the project. The Project is located at 641 W. Hillcrest Drive, Thousand Oaks, CA 91360.
