Project Description: This work shall include rehabilitation of the ticketing office inside the historical Southern Pacific (SP) Depot building that was damaged as a result of a recent fire. The SP Depot is a nationally registered historical structure. Therefore, all interior/exterior features being replaced must be of like kind material matching grains and texture. The extent of the rehabilitation includes demolition of the walls and ceilings to be replaced with drywall, exterior power washing, cleaning and refurbishing of existing furniture and features, replacement of damaged electrical and HVAC features and fire alarm systems
Project Scope: The Fire Station 43 Apparatus Bay Interior & Building Exterior Painting and Resinous Flooring Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete interior and exterior painting improvements and installation of a heavy-duty resinous flooring system or concrete stain system at Fire Station 43. This Project includes Interior apparatus bay surface preparation and painting Exterior building painting and trim repair CMU perimeter wall painting Surface patching and minor substrate repair Protection of adjacent surfaces and City property Removal and reinstallation of signage as required Cleanup and lawful disposal of all waste materials.
Project Scope: Work includes removal, lawful disposal, furnishing, delivery, installation, manufacturer-authorized start-up, testing and commissioning. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, rework, and services necessary to Remove and replace one (1) existing standard-size dishwasher Furnish and install one (1) additional standard-size dishwasher Furnish and install (1) new residential washer/dryer unit Remove and replace an estimated 107 square feet of kitchen countertops with stainless steel Remove and replace existing insufficient lighting fixtures in the kitchen with new fixtures to provide improved illumination levels suitable for food preparation, cleaning, and general kitchen operations. This shall also include any necessary modifications to existing cabinetry, countertops, walls, floors, utility connections, and surrounding finishes required to properly accommodate the new equipment. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, and coordination to properly connect and commission the appliances.

The City has already purchased the building from the Public Restroom Company (PRC). Site work includes site prep, grading, utility connections, structural foundations, flatwork, and landscaping. In addition, Add Alternate 1 includes an existing parking lot is to be modified to add accessible parking stalls, and to repair an existing bike path, all in accordance with the intent of the Project Plans and Specifications. All work shall be performed in accordance with the City of Davis Standard Specifications 2026 Edition, General Prevailing Wage Rate, Labor Surcharge and Equipment Rental Rates, and the Contact Documents. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents and all applicable local and state laws and regulations
The County of Yolo is requesting quotes from qualified Contractors to provide Backflow Inspection, Testing and Repair Services countywide. Purchases for services will be made on an "as requested" basis during the awarded period
Scope of Work: The work shall include engineering evaluation, investigation, design development, preparation of contract documents, and coordination with City staff and regulatory agencies as necessary to complete the pump station rehabilitation project. The Consultant shall design pump station upgrades. The design shall prioritize simplified operation, improved safety, reduced maintenance burden, and long-term operational reliability. The design shall evaluate alternatives that improve long-term operational reliability, system capacity, and maintainability while simplifying facility operation and integration with existing City infrastructure.
