Radiation Safety Technical Consultant Services for Clean Habors Deer Trail Facil

The City of Westminster, hereinafter referred to as the City, is inviting qualified firms to submit proposals for the Storm & Supplemental Sanitary Sewer Maintenance Program.

The City of Westminster seeks a contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, transportation, disposal, and incidentals necessary to remove and replace the existing fence at the Wandering View Tank Site and to install a new cantilever gate at the existing gate location.

Thornton is seeking Proposals from Service Providers to provide various Fiber Optic Cabling and Verification Services on an on-call, as-needed basis under an open-ended General Service Agreement. Thornton reserves the right to award to multiple Service Providers. Nothing herein guarantees any minimum amount of work to any Service Provider. Thornton requires one (1) or more firms to perform the following:

Installation/maintenance/repair of any fiber optic or other communication cabling owned by Thornton located in buildings or out. Thornton plans to award this scope to multiple service providers for a five-year term.
This scope includes the Thornton Water Project Fiber Optic line, a 70+mile pipeline and fiber connecting Thornton to is Pump Station north of Fort Collins. Service Providers will be needed to maintain and respond to issues throughout this corridor.
Verification/documentation/testing of existing fiber optic network per the attached scope. Thornton plans to award this scope to one service provider. Installation of approximately 2.5 miles of 144 pair fiber optic cable and laterals to six buildings in existing conduit along Thornton Parkway. Thornton plans to award this scope to one service provider, and must be complete by December 31, 2026.

Service Providers can submit proposals for any of the scopes and must indicate which scopes they are proposing to provide in their cover letter.

City of Arvada Facilities Management is looking for a qualified contracting firm to repair a failed retaining wall at the Arvada City Hall (8101 Ralston Rd, Arvada, CO, 80002).

The Large Item Cleanup program consists of citywide curbside collection of residential bulk items and transport and disposal at a waste management facility. While the City has guidelines for the program the contractor will be expected to collect and dispose of all items that have been placed out for collection regardless of adherence to the program guidelines. The only exceptions will be for items that are illegal for disposal or that will not be accepted by the waste management disposal facility. Contractor shall be responsible to sweep up any remaining debris or debris spilled by the Contractor during clean-up operations. Previous years projects have ranged between 50 to 100 tons and 10 to 50 mattresses.

The Town of Bennett is executing the 8th Street Paving project in Adams County. The Work consists of roadway reconstruction, concrete improvements, utility adjustments, traffic control, erosion control, and site restoration.

The work includes providing all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to complete a concrete asphalt patch remove and replace (R&R) on approximately 170 feet of the south lane on the Auto Tour Route South (FWS 012AZ) (also known as E. 64th Avenue) directly east of the Lower Derby Lake parking lot. This patch is approximately 170 feet long and 11 feet wide (the width of the south lane of this two-lane roadway). Specifically, the contractor will reconstruct the roadway in areas where the road was damaged (approximately 208 square yards of surface area). PoP 11/01/2026 to 03/31/2027
