The City of Boulder (City), by and through its Storm/Flood Engineering Department, is seeking construction of stormwater improvements within historic Chautauqua Park including storm pipe, curb and gutter, storm inlets and unique stormwater level spreaders.

The University of Colorado Utilities Department is seeking to renovate the control room located at the Williams Village Heat Plant.

Total Small Business Set-Aside, 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The project consists of construction services to remove and replace an existing laboratory tabletop fume hood and associated rooftop exhaust fan located in Building 2, Room 1330 at the NIST Boulder Campus. Work will include demolition and replacement of existing countertops, sink, base cabinetry, plumbing connections, and associated architectural finishes. Mechanical work includes removal of the existing fume hood, ductwork, and rooftop exhaust fan and installation of a new walk-in fume hood, hazardous exhaust fan, exhaust stack, and duct connections. Electrical work includes removal and installation of circuits serving the fume hood and exhaust fan, installation of cable tray and dedicated receptacles for laboratory equipment, reconnection of lightning protection systems, and bonding of the hood and exhaust system. Plumbing work includes reconnecting existing piping to a new sink and eyewash station. Fire alarm work includes installation of a supervised fume hood panic alarm system connected to the building fire alarm panel. The contractor will also provide structural design and installation of exhaust fan stack supports, perform ASHRAE 110 performance testing of the hood and exhaust system, and coordinate construction activities with NIST personnel.

The City of Boulder (City), by and through its Parks and Recreation Department, is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide professional design services for the Eaton Park Infant Loss and Stillbirth Memorial Garden. The project requires working closely with the client and donor organization to develop the vision from Concept through Construction Documentation. Proposing teams will demonstrate design leadership, an understanding of City of Boulder permitting requirements, and interdisciplinary expertise regarding the implementation of the project in a public park. This project is substantially, if not entirely, supported by donation funding. This donation funding includes a vendor who believes one or more entities may be willing to provide donated services - either at no or substantially discounted costs. The City believes donated or highly discounted services are feasible, and indeed, likely, for this work. The City hereby places proposers on notice of a strong preference to use donated services and the overall viability for in-kind services

List-A noxious weeds are those that are mandated for eradication by the Colorado Department of Agriculture per the Colorado Noxious Weed Act. The specific List-A noxious weeds at this location include hairy willowherb and yellow flag iris. The location is at the Tantra Environmental Park (drainage easement in Lot 2 in the Walden subdivision near the Bridgewalk apartment complex (602 Walden Cir). Timing of submittals may be challenging as Boulder Housing Partners would like to have an agreement in place by June 1st, 2026. Yellow flag iris is expected to be visible by May but will not flower until mid-June, and hairy willowherb is not anticipated to be visible until mid-June. An image with pinpoints identifying known locations of these species has been provided to help illustrate the extent of infestation and to assist vendors in more accurately estimating the level of effort required for treatment. Please feel free to visit the site to get a better understanding of the area. Treatment work is starting with the growing season of 2026. We realize its likely going to be a few years before all of the weeds can be eradicated and will be starting with a one-year contract with the option to renew for two additional oneyear terms. We will be looking to continue management of these species for multiple years and after the weeds have been eradicated, we will likely continue monitoring the site for a few years to ensure they do not pop up again in which case we will process amendments to the existing contract for any additional services or as things change (depending on effectiveness of treatments).

The Hi-Way Bar Coca-Cola Mural was uncovered in Lafayette, Colorado, in 2015 at 201 N. Public Rd where The Collective Community Arts Center is today. In 2016, the mural was framed for structural support, cut out, and moved to an off-site location, where a professional preservationist restored the mural and provided recommendations for future maintenance. Since the murals restoration and installation at 103 N. Public Rd in 2016, it has significantly deteriorated. The City is seeking qualified firms or individuals to provide restoration and conservation services for the historic Coca-Cola mural sign.

The Town of Lyons is seeking to replace two pressure reducing valves (PRV) located in PRV3 vault located in Railroad Avenue just east of 4th Avenue and tow PRVs in PRV5 vault behind Spirit Hounds Distillery in Lyons. The updates generally include replacement of four total PRVs and some minor pipe modifications and replacement within the PRV vaults. The Town will procure the PRVs and the contractor will be responsible for removing the existing PRVs and installing the new ones. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing and installing all other pipe and fittings.
