Description

The Hi-Way Bar Coca-Cola Mural was uncovered in Lafayette, Colorado, in 2015 at 201 N. Public Rd where The Collective Community Arts Center is today. In 2016, the mural was framed for structural support, cut out, and moved to an off-site location, where a professional preservationist restored the mural and provided recommendations for future maintenance. Since the murals restoration and installation at 103 N. Public Rd in 2016, it has significantly deteriorated. The City is seeking qualified firms or individuals to provide restoration and conservation services for the historic Coca-Cola mural sign.
