Description

This project represents the 2025 effort of the annual rehabilitation of the city's water distribution system. Seven (7) sites of more than 25,000 linear feet of 12", 8" and 6" waterline shall be replaced with new PVC pipe via open-cut installation. In addition, more than 1,500 linear feet of 6" and 8" waterline shall be installed via pipe bursting, and an additional 300 linear feet of 4" waterline shall be installed via slip lining. All pipelines exist within paved ROW (or Utility Easement) and require maintenance of traffic during construction and restoration of pavement and surface treatments. Bids will only be accepted from prime contactors previously pre-qualified under City of Aurora, Colorado solicitation SOQ-26-6116A published on BidNet 02/04/2026 as noted on page 4 of Project Manual included herein.
