The extent of the work is approximately as follows: The project generally includes architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, telecommunications, and fire protection trades for the remodel of an approximately 1,500-square-foot office suite located at the Parker Fieldhouse, 18700 Plaza Drive, Parker, CO 80134.

The Building Division within the Department of Public Works Engineering of Douglas County Government, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests responses from responsible and qualified individuals/companies who will provide certified, trained, skilled, and experienced labor to perform elevator inspections, as specified.

This project represents the 2025 effort of the annual rehabilitation of the city's water distribution system. Seven (7) sites of more than 25,000 linear feet of 12", 8" and 6" waterline shall be replaced with new PVC pipe via open-cut installation. In addition, more than 1,500 linear feet of 6" and 8" waterline shall be installed via pipe bursting, and an additional 300 linear feet of 4" waterline shall be installed via slip lining. All pipelines exist within paved ROW (or Utility Easement) and require maintenance of traffic during construction and restoration of pavement and surface treatments. The Consultant shall perform a comprehensive physical assessment of the existing precast concrete panel systems and prepare a signed and sealed Survey Report documenting observed conditions, causes of deterioration, planning-level rough order of magnitude (ROM) cost and schedule estimates, and prioritized recommended scopes of work for corrective repairs.

This project is to investigate the material of customer service lines around the city and determine their material makeup. These findings are recorded in the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) system and noted if they are copper, galvanized, or lead. If material is found to be lead, it will be noted for future replacement in association with this program, but under another future project and contractor. This project will investigate between 2000 and 2500 addresses in Ward 1, totaling between 4000 and 6000 potholes.
