Description
The City of Castle Pines is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for monument construction improvements associated with the Happy Canyon Road and Lagae Road Roundabout. This project is located in Castle Pines, Colorado. The project consists of constructing the primary monument walls, monument pilasters, architectural sign elements, structural foundations, associated electrical infrastructure, and related site improvements within the existing roundabout. Future landscaping and irrigation improvements will be procured under a separate contract at a later date.
