Work performed under this contract consists of removal and replacement of existing bluegrass turf on the Aurora Municipal Center (AMC) Great Lawn.The work includes, but is not limited to, supply and installation of the following:
    Site Preparation Erosion & Sedimentation Control Sod Removal Tahoma 31 Bermuda Grass Anticipated Construction Start Date: July 6, 2026 Tahoma 31 installation window:July 6 August 31
Work not specifically called for, but which must be accomplished to perform the required services under this contract, shall be considered as a part of this contract, whether or not specifically detailed.
