The Town of Castle Rock seeks proposals from qualified firms to conduct a study of capital costs associated with new developments, otherwise known as an Impact Study.
Work performed under this contract entails regrading of the surface of the property using both existing soil stockpiles on site, as well as borrow soil being brought in from off site, and the creation of a water balance final cover over 2 former municipal solid waste trenches.
Pre-Qualified Contractors - The City of Aurora (City) Water Department is seeking bids for the installation of a storm pipe from Smith Road to an outfall at First Creek that will provide for ongoing development around Picadilly Road and 26th Avenue and will include: Mobilization, Clearing and Grubbing, miscellaneous removals, erosion control, traffic control, riprap, reinforced concreate pipe installation, tunneling beneath Union Pacific RR, manholes, utility coordination, restoration and other miscellaneous items.
The City is seeking to pre-qualify Prime Contractors for Pipeline Repairs and Replacement by direct bury (aka open cut), and Subcontractors for Pipeline Repairs and Replacement by Cured in Place Lining and Fold and Form Lining.
The 2026 Corrugated Metal Pipe (CMP) Rehabilitation Project involves replacing CMP with Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP) or lining existing CMPs with Cured In Place Lining with a bid alternate included for Fold and Form Lining. Cured In Place Lining for stormwater sewers is limited to Steam or Water Cured Liners.
