The City of Fort Collins is requesting proposals from qualified Service Providers for a traffic camera system, including a vehicle-mounted radar/laser/camera unit, camera systems located in conjunction with traffic lights, stand-alone units, time/distance speed calculation systems, and a citation processing system. The citation processing system needs to integrate municipal court processes (Tyler Technology), allow access by a mobile or tablet device, have the ability to provide customers access to viewing violation information, including images and videos online, and integrate with vendors under contract by the Municipal Court. The successful bidder must supply all the equipment needed and operate the citation system in cooperation with the City.
