Description
The City of Grand Junction is soliciting competitive bids from qualified and interested Contractors for all labor, equipment, and materials required to complete this Project which generally consists of removal and replacement of curb, gutter, and sidewalk at over 40 locations throughout the City to primarily address tripping hazards and ADA compliance. The scope includes removal and replacement of approximately 500 square yards of concrete, and all other necessary/incidental items required for completion of the work including but not limited to saw cutting, storm drain inlet protection, restoration of existing landscaping and grounds, erosion control, and traffic control. All dimensions and Scope of Work shall be verified by Contractors prior to submission of bids. (See attached Quantities by Location)
