236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. CENWO intends to procure Construction Services for the construction of the Department of Energy Legacy Management Grand Junction Field Service Center, Grand Junction, CO, Building A and Site Work. The scope encompasses the complete interior and exterior renovation of Building A, an existing 3-story office building of approximately 40,000 SF, and site improvements.

The City of Grand Junction, Colorado, is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified firms to provide independent coating inspection, quality assurance, testing, documentation, and related professional services for the Water Treatment Plant South Tank Recoating Project.

The City seeks a qualified Consultant to provide objective Association for Materials Protection and Performance (AMPP) certified coating inspection services that verify compliance with the project specifications, applicable industry standards, coating manufacturer requirements, and accepted quality assurance practices throughout the duration of the recoating project.

A detailed description of the required Services, deliverables, and performance expectations is provided in Section 4.0. All Services shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Solicitation and incorporated into any resulting Contract.

Qualified contractors are invited to bid on the construction of a new HVAC system in the existing Materials and Testing facility in Grand Junction, Colorado. The existing 13,714 square foot building housing Testing Labs and Offices requires an HVAC upgrade. Work shall include removal of all four ground mounted units and replacing them with three new gas fired VAV packaged rooftop units and one new single zone VAV unit for the Lab. All units shall be mounted with a 36 plenum curb that sits on existing housekeeping pad. Nine new VAV boxes with electric reheat shall be installed, and the existing Building Automation System shall be replaced with new controls.

The City of Fruita is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to perform trash collection services for the City of Fruita. All Proposals shall be for Offerors to provide curbside trash collection and disposal services to all residential units within the city limits of Fruita at least one (1) time per week. The number of residential units currently being served is 6,016 per month.

The City of Fruita is requesting proposals from qualified professional firms to provide engineering, surveying, and consulting services on an as-needed basis, and will contract with up to three qualified firms. All Proposals shall be for qualified professional firms to provide engineering, surveying and consulting on an as needed basis. The intention is for the selected firm or firms to assist the City with smaller projects or Development Reviews. As it is unlikely that any single firm can provide all of the services listed below, it is anticipated that three firms will be selected. However the City of Fruita, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to select any number of qualified engineering firms to award.

The project site is located at the towns water treatment plant (wtp) at 452 45 road, approximately 0.5 miles north of the town of de beque i-70 interchange. the construction for which bids are requested includes the following significant items: 1. supply and construct a new 40x48 pre-engineered metal building (pemb) expansion with concrete stem walls and interior/exterior slab on grade. 2. site improvements, including clearing and grubbing, site grading, buried waterlines, buried gas service relocation, electrical service relocation and improvements, and power and control signals integration. 3. installation of two (2) owner-supplied 247 gpm fully automated skid-mounted ultramembrane filtration units and one (1) 30 gpm skid-mounted reclaim/recycle unit, including the main control panel and plc. 4. installation and assembly of owner-supplied pumps, monitoring equipment, and auxiliary items provided by filter tech systems. 5. installation and assembly of contractor-supplied interior piping, fittings, and auxiliary parts to connect all new treatment process equipment. 6. installing contractor-supplied valves piping valves, fittings, and pipe supports to connect new treatment skids and equipment. 7. modifications to an existing subgrade concrete storage tank for repurposing into a backwash recovery tank. 8. installation and assembly of one (1) owner-supplied compressed air system to operate automated pneumatic equipment, including extension of contractor-supplied pneumatic tubing from control panels to remote air connections within the building. 9. installation of one (1) owner-supplied chemically enhanced backwash system with waste neutralization for three (3) ultra-membrane filter units that are fully automated. 10. installation of a owner-supplied skid-mounted ultra-violet (uv) disinfection system with a new liquid sodium hypochlorite residual chlorine feed system. 11. miscellaneous demolition of existing structures and removal/decommissioning of the existing treatment facility equipment, including salvaging the operational microfiltration skid. 12. modifications to existing interior/exterior process piping and accessory items, removal of unused conduit, modifications to interior concrete, and interior framing of new accessory rooms in the existing facility partition. 13. installation of a new subgrade concrete decant structure at the backwash pond with a new 2-inch schedule 40 pvc force main, approximately 542 l.f., and connection to an existing discharge manhole at the wastewater treatment plant. 14. clean and reshape the existing backwash pond, including pumping of standing water and hauling removed material to an approved location accepting said waste. 15. electrical and mechanical system upgrades for existing and new building expansion. 16. drain, clean, and refill the existing 350,000-gallon above-grade steel pre-settling tank and install a new owner-supplied hexprotect aqua floating cover system. 17. install a new 1,000-gallon on-site concrete waste (sewer) holding tank and a new 2-inch sch 40 pvc forcemain with connection to an existing 4-inch c900 pvc forcemain adjacent to the wtp site. 18. installation of a new submersible raw water pump in the existing colorado river intake structure includes wiring and piping modifications to accommodate a larger pump.

The City of Grand Junction is soliciting competitive bids from qualified and interested Contractors for all labor, equipment, and materials required to complete this Project which generally consists of removal and replacement of curb, gutter, and sidewalk at over 40 locations throughout the City to primarily address tripping hazards and ADA compliance. The scope includes removal and replacement of approximately 500 square yards of concrete, and all other necessary/incidental items required for completion of the work including but not limited to saw cutting, storm drain inlet protection, restoration of existing landscaping and grounds, erosion control, and traffic control. The Facilities Department of Mesa County, Colorado is requesting competitive responses from qualified and interested companies to perform routine maintenance and necessary repairs of three TV translator sites.

Colorado Mesa University is soliciting proposals from qualified lighting suppliers and contractors to provide a comprehensive lighting and lighting controls upgrade for the Meyer Ballroom. A detailed assessment report and preliminary bill of materials prepared by GLS are included as reference documents. The GLS report thoroughly outlines the existing conditions, operational challenges, and recommended improvements identified for the space.

The project proposes construction of a new pedestrian crossing on 12 th Street north of Mesa Avenue, that will connect to a new concrete sidewalk between the existing parking garage and Unity Field stadium. The new crossing and sidewalk will provide a protected pedestrian walkway between the Mav Center and large parking lot located east of 12th Street, north of Mesa Ave., south of Orchard Ave.
