The Housing Authority of the City of Hartford solicits bids for this lead-based paint abatement & hazard reduction project at 124-126 Wooster St, Hartford, CT 06120. In general, the work involves: 1. Specialized cleaning for dust-lead hazards; 2. Lead-Based paint abatement; 3. Lead-Based paint hazard reduction. See attached for locations and specialized cleaning requirements. This project is federally assisted. This project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Ace (BABA).
