Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology (CCAT) (Owner) is seeking proposals from qualified Design-Build firms to provide complete design and construction services for the new approximately 56,000 sf manufacturing technology innovation and readiness center in East Hartford, CT. The Design-Builder shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, design services, and construction services necessary to complete the project, in general, including but not limited to: 1. Pre-Construction Services; 2. Construction Services; 3. C. Close-out Services. MBE/WBE/DBE participation requirements
