The Town of Durham is seeking competitive bids for the purchase and installation of two (2) oil fired boilers at the Town of Durham Public Library, 7 Maple Ave., Durham, CT 06422. The project includes the complete furnishing and installation of all required equipment, materials, controls, and labor necessary to provide a fully operational heating system. The objective is to replace the existing system with reliable, energy-efficient equipment that meets all applicable codes, safety standards, and manufacturer requirements.
