Description
The Town of Guilford is seeking competitive bids from qualified and responsible vendors for an HVAC Conversion at Melissa Jones Elementary School. Base Bid Scope of Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Cutting and patching. 2. Flooring. 3. Miscellaneous metal stud and gypsum board work. 4. Removal of unit ventilator hoods and R.A.O. hoods. 5. Infill exterior grilles at removed existing HVAC units and R.A.O locations. 6. Shaft walls. 7. Fire caulking. 8. Structural work at new rooftop unit and new ductwork distribution. 9. Miscellaneous painting. 10. Replacement of existing suspended acoustical ceiling systems and accessories. 11. New updated mechanical system. 12. New updated electrical system
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
