The Town of Guilford is seeking competitive bids from qualified and responsible vendors for HVAC Piping Renovations at Melissa Jones Elementary School. Base Bid Scope of Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following. Refer further to drawings and remaining specification sections for full scope of work. Building: 1. Upgrade/replacement of existing HVAC piping systems. 2. Demolition. 3. Cutting and patching. 4. Penetration sealing. 5. New shaft wall pilaster with finishes.
