The work consists of the following: Milling of existing bituminous concrete pavement Removal and lawful disposal or recycling of millings Street sweeping and surface preparation. Application of tack coat Placement and compaction of new hot-mix asphalt Adjustment and/or replacement of catch basin tops, manholes, and utility structures as required. Restoration of driveway aprons and pavement transitions Maintenance and protection of traffic the city.
