Description
Waterbury Development Corporation, acting on the City of Waterbury's behalf, solicits proposals from qualified third parties for the Waterbury Community Health Resource Center Conversion Project. Proposers must submit a proposed Project schedule as a separate item 3 with its proposal and must include Milestone 1, which is all abatement and demolition shall be completed within 60 days of the written notice to proceed. Addendum No 1 extended the bid due date. The SBE/MBE set aside and contract compliance requirements under the Connecticut General statutes does not apply to this project.
