Description

Branford Public Schools wishes to solicit proposals for On-Call General Trades Services, including emergency 60-minute response times to District locations. The successful Respondent will be able to provide repair, maintenance, renovation, and minor construction services for facilities owned and operated by Branford Public Schools. Services should be performed on an as-needed basis at various locations. The Town of Branford has six (6) schools within their district. In general, services anticipated include: General rough and finish carpentry Drywall installation and/or repair Installation and/or repair various items including but not limited to, wall framing, blocking/supports, cabinets/casework, countertops, shelving, markerboards/tack boards, toilet partitions Construction of small partitions or enclosures Construction of temporary barricades or protective partitions Miscellaneous projects/alterations
