Description

This is a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) Project involving the construction of a building of approximately 4070 gross square feet on the first floor of a 3-story building. The Repair shall consist of modifications to enhance the 2nd floor framing to meet AISC vibration criteria for offices. Additional scope required by the Repair shall include removal of ceilings, MEP, etc. to access the structure above, and reinstallation of existing and new ceilings and MEP to restore the interior in-kind, with upgrades as required by applicable Codes. Bidders must by Prequalified by DAS for General Building Construction (Group B) if their bid is greater than one million dollars ($1,000,000.00).
