ECSU - Low Rise Structural Repairs, Willimantic, CT
Eastern Connecticut State University (ECSU) solicits bids for low rise structural repairs. The Project involves: 1. Repairs to various concrete, steel, and masonry elements, including patching and repairing of cracked and spalled planks and beams, waterproof coating repairs, steel repairs, guard rail replacement, and the replacement of various deteriorating lintels over existing windows and doors and associated brick work. 2. The demolition & reconstruction of an existing deteriorating site stair and associated retaining walls. The prequalification classification for this project is: Masonry, Concrete or General Building Construction (Group A).
