In accordance with Chapter 287, Florida Statutes (F.S.), the State of Florida, Department of Children and Families (Department), issues this Solicitation to select a Respondent(s) to provide comprehensive elevator maintenance and repair services for twenty-five (25) vertical transportation systems located at Florida State Hospital, 100 North Main Street, Chattahoochee, FL 32324. The selected Respondent shall provide all labor, materials, parts, inspections, testing, and related services necessary to maintain the covered elevator systems in safe operating condition in accordance with the terms and specifications set forth in Attachment A Technical Specifications (VDA No. 78906) and all applicable codes, including ASME A17.1 and the requirements of the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). Respondents are required to hold a current State of Florida Elevator Contractor license as required by Chapter 399, Florida Statutes, and applicable rules of the Department of Business and Professional Regulation

Baker County hereby gives notice of its intent to seek proposals from qualified architectural and/or engineering firms in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) for professional design services related to the Baker County Courthouse Roof Replacement Project. The County is requesting proposals from firms experienced in roof evaluation, architectural and engineering design, preparation of construction documents, permitting coordination, bidding assistance, and construction administration services for public facilities.

In accordance with Chapter 287, Florida Statutes (F.S.), the State of Florida, Department of Children and Families (Department), issues this Solicitation to select a Respondent(s) to provide comprehensive HVAC preventive maintenance and repair services for the Roberts Building located at 5920 Arlington Expressway, Jacksonville, Florida 32211. Services include monthly, annual, and quarterly inspections, Building Automation System (BAS) support, oil analysis, cooling tower maintenance, condenser pump service, emergency repair response, and complete documentation for all covered equipment as described in Attachment A, Purchase Order Scope of Work (PMT-57). The intent of this procurement is to ensure uninterrupted climate control, extend equipment life expectancy, protect the Department's significant capital HVAC assets (including Trane CenTraVac chillers), maintain regulatory compliance, and reduce the risk of operational disruptions affecting Department staff and public services.

The Baker County Board of County Commissioners is seeking sealed bids from qualified General or Electrical contractors to provide labor, materials, supplies, services, etc to provide and install a propane generator set at the Baker County Fire Rescue Headquarters, 1190 West Macclenny Avenue, Macclenny, FL 32063. The installation of the manufacturers most current product specified below (or equal).The proposed generator plan must be approved by the Baker County, County Manager, and Fire Chief prior to commencement of work.
