The Bid Documents include all of the citys documents provided to bidders in the Request for Proposals, and all of the Consultants documents submitted in response to the request for Proposals, and such documents are attached as Exhibit A. This Agreement along with all Exhibits are referred to in Sections 2 & 3 of the Bid Documents as the Formal Contract, and the Bid Documents and this Formal Contract shall collectively be hereinafter referred to as the Contract Documents. The work contemplated herein is described in the Bid Documents as the Scope of Services, and the Consultants Proposals are open-ended in that the City may select any portion of the work at any time during this Agreement when such work is needed by the City. Nevertheless, Consultant understands that the City may never request such work.

The City of Cooper City (City) will receive sealed proposals for grounds maintenance and landscaping services. All good(s) and/or service(s) not identified which are regularly required to complete this type of work will be furnished at proposed pricing and shall conform in quality, workmanship and service to that usually provided by the best practices as specified in this solicitation. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, mowing, string trimming, edging, blowing, litter and debris removal, weed and vine removal, pruning, plant maintenance, herbicide application, fertilizer application, mulch installation, and pest/disease identification and reporting. Services shall be carried out through planning, assignment, coordination, inspections, quality control, field operations, reporting, and other administrative management functions required to optimize services and support, in compliance with the terms of the solicitation. Bidder(s)/Proposer(s) shall perform all services in a professional and workmanlike manner, acceptable to the City, and shall maintain the facilities in a consistently attractive, clean, orderly, organized, and safe condition throughout the term of the contract

Contractor will be responsible for the complete removal of carpet, adhesive, debris, clean-up and legal disposal of materials along with the new carpet installation that shall be a 100% glued installation with District approved adhesive. (50%-glued installation will not be permitted).

Scope of Work shall include, but not be limited to: Provide all labor, equipment and materials for interior renovations at Bldg 845 including: remove and replace existing fire rated double swing metal doors and hardware at main corridors at 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th floors. New doors shall be fire rated double swing metal/glass door assembly including hardware; Remove and replace existing double swing tenant doors on column grid lines "B.4" and between "1.8" and "1.2" at 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floors. New doors shall be fire rated double swing metal/glass door assembly including hardware with glass sides lite; Provide new fire rated corridor at the existing mechanical rooms located at south side of the building at 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th floors; Provide new fire rated interior partition to create a new vestibule for the existing freight elevator, located at south side of the building, at 3rd and 4th floors; Provide new fire rated single swing metal doors and hardware at south side of main corridor and existing freight elevator at 3rd and 4th floors; Provide fire stop assembly to seal floor penetrations of existing cables at telecommunications rooms from 2nd to 6th floors. Provide new smoke detectors in new corridors (two per corridor). CONTRACTOR shall review all documents, specifications, and scope of work provided by Miami-Dade Aviation Department (MDAD) for work to be completed. Please refer to the Plans & Technical Specifications for further description of the scope of work. Restrooms inside the building are available for use. The actual cost of the permits will be reimbursed from the dedicated allowance. All other costs should be included in the bidders base bid. There is no limit for the working hours (24 hours per day), but the working hours will be discussed and finalized at the pre-construction meeting. If some of the work is deemed disruptive, it might have to be done during off hours including midnight. Please see General Demolition Notes #20 on Cover Sheet of Plans for more information.

The purpose of this Request For Proposals is to solicit proposals for cyclical Embankment Irrigation services for a grassed embankment of various widths, while adjusting to various fixed objects including water control structures, bollards, end walls, cross drains. Estimated irrigation for C43 embankment is 2,280 acres annually. Current site restrictions are as follows: soil-cement crest conditions (i. e., DOT HS20 load rating with uniform tire loading, 14-ft clear driving surface between wave walls, nominal 3,000-gal maximum tank size, 5,000 if trailered) for top of the embankment. The Contract term is 3 years with 2 one-year renewal options.

The project consists of underground utility construction, reconstruction of 915 linear foot of Tenth Street and the construction of a 958 linear foot access road from Tenth Street to Lighthouse Plaza, a new workforce housing development, in Port St. Joe.

Seminole County BCC (County) is soliciting the services of qualified Proposers to provide mechanical treatment services in the form of mechanical reduction and/or firebreak creation and maintenance for properties that are managed by the Parks and Recreation Department.

The Boys and Girls Club has offices, classrooms, meeting rooms, a library, exercise rooms, a gym, storage areas, a mechanical equipment room, a kitchen, restrooms, electrical rooms, corridors and a lobby. The facility also has a backyard and landscape. New construction will provide separate new spaces for teenagers, including a vestibule, a studio, a control booth, an edit room, a study room, a lounge area, a computer lab and a gaming area. Disciplines of work include civil, architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, fire alarm and fire sprinkler system, and landscape. This project involves approximately 1,810 SF addition to the existing Boys and Girls Club building as well as partial interior demolition of existing non-load bearing construction, interior finishes, ceilings, and other elements to prepare the existing space for new construction. The project area of the proposed work is approximately 2,780 SF. Awarded Contractor will be required to implement a phasing plan during demolition and construction as well as interior temporary walls to separate the project area from the rest of the facilities that will remain operational during construction. Contractor's and subcontractor's crews will need to meet certain requirements applicable to Community Development Block Grants (CDBGs). Also, submittal of payroll information for all crews will be required with each application for payment. The Bid Form includes the bid items and several add-alternate items. The estimated budget for this project is $1,582,928. Bidders are required to submit a 5% bid bond. If recommended for award, bidder is required to submit a 100% payment and performance bond.

The US Highway 17-92 Water Main Improvements Phase II project involves replacement of the water mains along US 17-92 from Packwood Avenue to Alpine Drive.

This project involves two components with the second being an alternate bid item. The first is the rehabilitation of 1.4 Miles of Beulah Road including full depth pavement asphalt, turn lane widening, shoulder addition, and ditch reconstruction. A detour will be constructed to add 5-60 pipes under Beulah Road. These pipes will be utilized by the adjacent landfill at a later date. Additionally, mile of Kingsfield Road will be constructed with the intersection of Kingfield Road and Beulah Road being converted into a merge lane.

The project includes demolition of existing pump stations, installation of new pump houses, construction of a new concrete foundation and wet well at the South pump station, and integration of all electrical and irrigation control systems.

The City of Fort Pierce is seeking bids from qualified contractors to furnish and install a boat ramp to accommodate a Code Enforcement vessel with fuel, water, oils, public safety gear and personnel.
