Description
The City of Panama City Beach (City) is requesting sealed proposals from qualified Contractors for construction services of the Police K-9 Training Facility. This project, located on north end of North Gulf Blvd., consists of the construction of a new, approximately 2,800 Sq. Ft. Police K-9 Training Facility. The facility will include kennels, offices, and ancillary spaces, and all related site improvements. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, and labor to complete the project. The primary objective is to complete the facility in compliance with grant requirements and within the allotted grant timeline. The grant is included with this bid for review.
