Description
The District Board of Trustees of Gulf Coast State College invites qualified firms to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for professional engineering services to assess, design, and oversee HVAC system upgrades for (13) buildings located on our Panama City Campus. The goal is to improve energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and system reliability while ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and standards.
Selection of finalist may be made on the basis of professional service qualifications including related HVAC engineering experience and ability, location, past performance, and current workload. Firms must be properly registered at the time of submittal to practice their profession in the State of Florida.
